Compensation Plan

The Friendswin Compensation Plan is governed by a “5 x 8 forced matrix.”  We feel our 5x8 matrix is the best, simplest and most lucrative compensation structure in the business. With 488,280 positions and up to 9% commissions on sales volume produced by your downline Independent Marketing Representatives (IMRs), commissions can grow very large, very quickly.
As you introduce the opportunity to potential IMRs and they join us with you as their sponsor, they are placed under you in the matrix. This is how you create a "downline.” Your downline IMRs will also be responsible for marketing Friendswin products to new paid subscribers. So, as you add IMRs and they add IMRs, your downline grows. As your downline signs-up new paid subscribers, your commissions grow.

Breaking it Down

The matrix is exclusively comprised of IMR's who earn commissions on the sales of subscriptions made by everyone in their group or downline.

There are two terms that are used throughout the matrix. They are defined as follows:

• Personal Sales Volume or PSV – This is simply the total dollar volume for all subscriptions you have personally sold.
• Group Sales Volume or GSV – This is simply the sum of all PSVs generated by the IMRs on each level of your matrix.

You will receive 8% commissions for your Personal Sales Volume (subscriptions that you sell). Your PSV can grow substantially since the subscribers you bring into Friendswin will tell their friends and those friends are also connected to you as Personal Subscribers. Your PSV and downline can grow quickly by simply introducing this to a few people and when they tell their friends, it can become viral.

This model has been proven in other social networks which started by word-of-mouth introductions and have now grown into very large networks.
In our system, each IMR has two goals.

• The first goal is to generate a monthly PSV of $49.85 or more (approximately 5 paid subscribers). As an IMR, you get paid 8% of all PSV you generate. Your monthly PSV also qualifies you to earn commissions on the GSV for each level in the matrix. You would earn as follows (see chart above):
• $9.97 in monthly PSV qualifies you to earn a commission of 2% multiplied by the GSV for level 1, 3% on level 2, 4% on level 3 and 5% on level 4.
• $19.94 in monthly PSV qualifies you to earn a commission of 6% multiplied by the GSV on level 5.
• $29.91 in monthly PSV qualifies you to earn a commission of 7% multiplied by the GSV on level 6.
• $39.88 in monthly PSV qualifies you to earn a commission of 8% multiplied by the GSV on level 7.
• $49.85 in monthly PSV qualifies you to earn a commission of 9% multiplied by the GSV on level 8.
• The second goal is to find 5 people who want to join you in the business and help them generate their $49.85 in PSV.

Think about this. As an IMR, you want to sign-up 5 paying subscribers and you want to teach your downline IMRs to do the same. For each paying subscriber, you will earn the percentage commissions generated from the level on which their sponsor resides. In order to be an IMR, you must maintain a minimum of $9.97 in monthly PSV. This can be achieved with only one subscription sale. Most IMRs chose to purchase a subscription themselves, thus guaranteeing qualification to earn commissions in the matrix. Help from Above

Your first level consists of 5 positions where your first 5 IMR recruits will appear. Naturally, if these first 5 positions are filled with productive marketers, the work to build your downline might already be done. Their efforts to get 5 more IMR's will fill up your second level, which consists of 25 positions. The goal is for those 25 IMRs to find 5 new IMRs and the matrix continues to grow.

What if you or someone in your group isn't very productive? That's where the "forced" spillover comes into play. An IMR can only have 5 other IMRs on their level 1. Once a level is full, any new IMR will automatically trickle down into the open spaces on subsequent levels, filling one level at a time.  It is theoretically possible that a few good recruiters with substantial connections in the social networking sphere could fill a downline over time.

In the above example, Jane told her friends about Friendswin. Five of her friends (Bill, Emily, Tom, Barb and Ed) joined her.

Bill, Emily, Tom and Ed duplicated Jane’s efforts and each found five friends to join Friendswin. Barb only found three friends and then got discouraged when other friends did not join.

Jane kept telling everyone she met about Friendswin and soon she recruited her 6th IMR. The system found that she already had 5 IMRs on her first level, so it looked at her second level starting on the left under Bill. Since he already had his 5, it then looked under Emily. She also had her 5 so it continued to move to the right until it found an open position.

Finally, it placed Jane’s 6th IMR under Barb in her 4th position. Jane keeps working and soon finds her 7th IMR. Again, the system looks for the first open position and fills Barb’s 5th position. Barb sees the two new IMRs on her first level and realizes that she actually did get help from above. When she sponsors her 4th IMR, the system will “spill” that person to the first person under Barb.

When Jane recruits her 7th IMR, the system will find that both her 1st and 2nd levels are full, so the 7th IMR will “spillover” to the first IMR under Bill and help him build his team. Spillover always goes top to bottom, then left to right.

A Word on Commissions

It is a great goal to have IMR's in your downline up to 8 levels deep.  It is a greater goal to have IMR's who are maintaining a PSV of $9.97 per month so they are qualified to earn a monthly paycheck.  The ultimate scenario however is to recruit IMR's who see real power in the 5x8 matrix and strive to bring paying subscribers into Friendswin.com by using the marketing tools at their disposal and good promotional strategies.
